Các Lỗi Current Printer Is Unavailable Select Another Printer Excel 2010

Thỉnh thoảng bạn sẽ gặp lỗi “Printer is not available” khi muốn in file Word, Excel, Powerpoint với Microsoft Office. Làm thế nào để giải quyết lỗi in khó chịu này?

Khi bạn bắt đầu mở một file ứng dụng của Microsoft Office, nó sẽ không chỉ load những thông tin về file bạn muốn mở, mà còn khởi động những dịch vụ kèm theo của Office như dịch vụ in, các plugin..

Trong trường hợp bạn muốn in file mà xuất hiện lỗi “Printer is not available” thì nghĩa là dịch vụ in lúc đó vẫn chưa sẵn sàng với máy in bạn chọn.

Bạn nên làm theo những bước sau đây:

Bước 1: Tắt tắt cả những file mở bằng Microsoft Office.

Bước 2: Chọn Máy in mặc định là máy in bạn hay dùng. Chọn My Computer > Properties > Control Panel Home > View devices and printers > Click chuột phải vào Máy in bạn hay dùng > Chọn Set as default Printer.

Bước 3: Mở lại file bằng Office và in như bình thường.
